At 2 Little Ducks, we believe furniture should have a story to tell. Our pieces draw inspiration from the things we've always loved: the gentle arch of a church window, the warmth of an old farmhouse kitchen, the worn charm of a weathered door, the quiet curiosity of a hidden locker. Built by hand in solid pine, they're made to bring real character into your home, and to stay there for a lifetime.
A family Business Built on Craftmanship
With over three decades of experience in the furniture trade, we are a family-run business based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Every piece we create is crafted with care in our workshop, using only real wood. No shortcuts, no compromises.
We build furniture to stand the test of time, with oversized frames, thick worktops and robust doors that reflect the strength and craftsmanship of traditional design.
Our process
Designed around you
Whether you've fallen for one of our existing freestanding kitchen units or you've got something bespoke in mind, we'll work with you to make sure it fits your space and the way you live.
Made by hand
Once the design is signed off, the build begins. Solid pine, cut and shaped in our Macclesfield workshop. Every joint, every edge, every drawer runner, all of it done in person.
painted in your colour
Each piece is finished in your choice of Farrow & Ball colour. Once the paint is cured and the wax applied, your freestanding kitchen unit is ready to make its journey home.
